EyeMed Vision Benefit Summary – eye exams are not covered by EyeMed – the CCMHG health plans cover the exams. You may bring your vision prescription to a participating EyeMed provider for the material benefit. Benefits renew on a Calendar year basis. For information on how you can enroll, please contact your employer.
Please note – purchasing contact lenses is a one time purchase per year with no balance remaining if you do not use the entire allowance.
