CCMHG July 2026 Health Benefit Changes

Beginning July 1, 2026, coverage for weight loss medications will be excluded.
This includes:
• Foundayo
• Saxenda
• Wegovy (injectable and oral)
• Zepbound
Important: These medications will no longer be covered, even if you are currently using them or have an approved authorization.

All members enrolled in a CCMHG health plan will have access to a comprehensive, app-based weight management program:

New Pharmacy Benefit Manager
• CVS Caremark will become the new pharmacy benefit manager
• New ID cards and member communications will be mailed in June

Specialty Medication Support Program
The Select Drugs and Products Program provides:
• Mandatory participation with financial case management for select specialty pharmacy medications
• Continued access to clinical support services
• Utilizing members will be contacted by the Select Drugs and Products Program prior to July 1, 2026
